PayTix™ Application Privacy Policy

Introduction

This privacy policy covers the PayTix™ ("PayTix") mobile application belonging to Trellint ("Trellint" or "we"), in the United States.

Trellint is committed to respecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection and privacy laws. We have provided this privacy policy to help you understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. We wish to help you make informed decisions; therefore, please take a few moments to read the sections below and learn how we may use your personal information. You should read this notice in conjunction with the PayTix™ Application End User License Agreement.

Trellint maintains the information it receives via its mobile applications in strict confidence; information you submit through PayTix™ is not sold to or shared with third parties, except our subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and partners as described in this policy.

Trellint reserves the right to notify you about administrative matters that pertain to your PayTix™ products or services. We may disclose your personally identifiable information, as required by law or regulation, in connection with law enforcement, fraud prevention, or other legal action; or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect Trellint, our customers, or the public. Although Trellint does not currently anticipate a change in our corporate status, in the event of a merger or acquisition of the company or a substantial portion of its assets, Trellint may disclose, transfer or sell personal information collected via the PayTix™ mobile applications to the surviving or acquiring party, respectively. Personal information collected via the PayTix™ mobile applications will remain subject to promises made in this PayTix™ Mobile Application Privacy Policy.

Collection of Personally Identifiable Information
You may choose to give us personally identifiable information via the mobile application to allow us to communicate with you or provide you with services. Our mobile applications ask for a small amount of relevant information, such as user name, email, credit card number, credit card security code and billing zip code. PayTix™ does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.

Personally identifiable information collected may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which Trellint or its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents or partners maintain facilities, and by using this mobile application, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.

Communication Preferences.
PayTix™ does not send commercial mobile application messages to you advertising our products and services. Our mobile application communications with you are primarily administrative and transactional notices, the purpose of which is not promotional in nature.
Security of Personally Identifiable Information
Trellint maintains strict access control over personally identifiable information.

Only authorized Trellint personnel, and those of our subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, and partners are allowed to handle information submitted to the PayTix™ mobile application.

Trellint stores personally identifiable information in password-protected environments on servers that are located in the United States. These servers are subject to Trellint information security policies, standards, and procedures.

Debit and credit card information submitted via the PayTix™ mobile application is protected by industry-standard encryption technology.

When you arrange for services via the PayTix™ mobile application, it may be necessary to transfer personally identifiable information to our subsidiaries, affiliates, agents or partners, who then provide the services. Trellint requires that its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and partners handle personally identifiable information with the same concern for personal privacy as Trellint.

Access to Information
You may contact Trellint to check the accuracy of your personally identifiable information or to request that your information be updated or deleted by contacting us at paytix@conduent.com. Trellint reserves the right to confirm your identity and to modify the scope and number of requests.

Policy Updates
Trellint reserves the right to make changes to this policy. If we make changes, we will revise this privacy policy to reflect such changes and revise the effective date of the policy.
